Brinkley RV’s next towable model is making its way down the production line and the first prototype is expected to be finished this week.

Brinkley co-founder Ryan Thwaits said company leaders are thrilled about their new Model G towable, named for one of Brinkley’s four other co-founders.

“We are already working on the prototypes for the Model G product which will be a toy hauler,” Thwaits said. “We are super excited about that one too.”

Construction on the company’s 250-acre Goshen production facilities has been delayed some this year because of supply shortages, he said, but they expect to have the Model Z in full production by March and the Model G coming right behind.

“The first one is just getting buttoned up, hopefully (this) week,” Thwaits said, “watch that sometime mid-spring.”

Brinkley RV accomplished plenty during 2022, he said, because every employee was committed the creating the highest-quality product. The company delivered its first Model Z to Walnut Ridge RV on Dec. 15.

A picture of the Brinkley RV Executive TeamRVDA Chairman and Walnut Ridge RV co-owner Nathan Hart said the way Brinkley RV approaches its product, from design to support and warranty, makes the manufacturer a special company.

“All five of them are great people,” Hart said. “Micah has been a good buddy of mine for a number of years and I know his passion to create a product…the way he approaches it and the small little details he pays attention to. Not just from a design element that makes people fall in love with them, but also, how do you just make it a better product which gives a better experience to the customer.”

Hart said he does not know many other RV designers who come to work with Brinkley leaders’ passion.

Thwaits said the team they have assembled is blessed and it has been great to watch their vision develop this year.

“We have been able to attract some of the most talented people in this industry,” he said, “people that want to make a difference in the way that these units are built. They are super proud of their craftsmanship.”

His partners—Nate Goldenberg, Micah Staley, Ron Fenech and Bill Fenech— are all alpha personalities who come from different businesses and perspectives, he said. However, they are finding their groove and roles in the company.

“It is just really good to sit in a room with them and be able to strategize,” Thwaits said. “Our goal at Brinkley is to re-create that whole RV experience.”

Thwaits said production on the Z and G models will be in full swing as fast as their new manufacturing plants are complete and maintain the company’s demanding excellence level. The company expects to roll out 2,750 Model Zs during 2023.
