The Carefree of Colorado team implemented big changes during the distributor show season to support dealer and distributor relationships.
In October, the RV awning supplier partnered with Derema Group. The agency represented the company at distributor shows throughout the season.
Recently promoted Director of Aftermarket Sales Kevin Jastrem said the adjustment had a positive impact, as representatives built relationships with Carefree customers and support the supplier’s initiatives.
Jastrem’s promotion occurred in October. He has been with Carefree of Colorado for more than 22 years. He held production supervisor, customer service representative and regional sales representative roles with the company. He was the aftermarket sales manager for 13 years before his promotion.
Carefree Vice President of Sales and Marketing Kevin Mayer said, “Kevin’s expertise in the aftermarket channel, including his strong relationships with both distributors and dealers, will translate to success in the director role.”
Jastrem develops and nurtures distribution partner relationships and implements programs to support RV dealers.
