Prolific RV opened for business Friday. The Katy, Texas-based company offers RV dealerships F&I coaching and mentoring.
Prolific RV founder and President Andres Camacho said, “There is a lot of need for dealers to increase their bottom line. I know the fastest way to do that is through the F&I department.”
Camacho said Prolific RV will work with F&I department managers to equip them with knowledge and skills for success. Instruction will include understanding lender program nuances and maintaining lender relationships. Prolific RV will teach F&I managers how to analyze credit reports and encourage strong customer relationships.
Camacho said his company offers one-on-one coaching and he is available seven days a week. Camacho has been in the RV industry since 2002. He has served in roles including Holiday World RV’s vice president of sales and F&I and Camping World’s regional director of finance and insurance.
“Being available to those F&I managers, or those dealer principals or sales managers, whoever needs the assistance,” Camacho said, “is of the utmost importance because of such a competitive environment right now.”
Camacho provides free consultations reviewing dealer production numbers. If a dealership would like to move forward, they can contract Prolific RV services.
Then, Camacho will complete a two-day, in-person initial setup process. Camacho will review pay plans, products being sold, available lenders and the dealership’s F&I process.
Once the review is finished, Camacho will make suggestions and create an action plan. Camacho also said he will be a resource for dealership recruitment, available to assist in interviewing candidates and providing recommendations.
From there, the dealership will have weekly coaching meetings. Prolific RV will provide monthly reports highlighting goals met and production metrics.
