After operating for 53 years in the same building, Elkhart-based OEM supplier Fleming Sales is moving locations.
The new Fleming Sales location, just over 3 miles down the road, will be modernized to meet the supplier’s needs. Fleming Sales plans to grow the company and the new space will account for the predicted growth.
Fleming Sales General Manager Caryn Grady said, “We have been here since 1974, and everything is outdated. The new location allows us to have strong visualization on a major road in Elkhart.”
Grady said the new location would provide company exposure and updated appliances the previous location could not offer. Everything from the warehouse space to the light fixtures will be upgraded.
The previous location’s staff will be moving over and additional staff have been hired.
Fleming Sales will be open for business at the new site March 1. The new location will be 54900 CR 17 Elkhart, Indiana 46516.
