Icon Technologies Limited, an RV thermoform product supplier, has launched a new series of modular shower surrounds.
Jordan Martindale, Icon’s marketing manager, said traditional shower surrounds are made in one piece. Installation of the large items has been a sticking point for manufacturers and dealers, Martindale said, and having a bath surround that can be installed in multiple pieces will ease the process.
The Manitoba, Canada-based company has four designs for the new surrounds that are usable in all standard RV tubs and showers. The designs include a neo-angle 45-degree surround, a neo-angle 90-degree surround, and rectangular bath and shower surrounds.
The surrounds will be available in late January. The products are ready for distribution and have been included in 2022 catalogues.
