MBA Insurance’s inaugural rental sessions provide rental education to RVDA Convention/Expo attendees. The Convention/Expo will be held at Paris Las Vegas, Nov. 11-14.
The sessions will be conducted in conjunction with the convention. Each session will be around 75 minutes long covering a wide range of RV rental business topics. MBA Insurance President Carlos Avila said approximately eight sessions will be offered in a seminar style, featuring guest speaker presentations.
Two to four sessions offered will be Q&A-style “fireside chats” with a panel of guest speakers. Avila said in addition to the content provided, the session will offer networking opportunities and an introduction to the Recreational Vehicle Rental Association (RVRA) for most attendees.
For 20 years, MBA hosted an annual four-day rental school until 2020. The rental sessions are the company’s first educational sessions since 2020 and the first at the RVDA Convention/Expo. Avila said he hopes the RVDA sessions provide a springboard to continue growing the RV rental insurance provider’s educational events.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “The MBA rental sessions at the upcoming RVDA Convention/Expo provide a unique opportunity for both established and aspiring rental operators to learn best practices and capitalize on this growing segment of the RV industry.”

A welcome reception, sponsored by American Modern Insurance Group, will be held Nov. 11.
