MC Enterprises, a supplier of appliance parts to RV parts distributors, is equipping RV mobile technicians with Dometic appliance replacement part kits that provide numerous parts, instructions and additional information.
The kits include numerous replacement parts priced 10% below the cost of purchasing the parts individually.
The company created two kits based on its most popular replacement parts featuring Dometic furnace and Dometic water heater replacement parts.
The furnace kits (300FU-MC) include many of the company’s most often ordered sail switches, limit switches, electrodes, jumper wires, ignition boards and gasket material.
The water heater kits (900WH-MC) come with the company’s most requested ignition boards, eco stat kit, limit switch, elements, relay, electrode and thermo cut off.
Durable packages house the kit parts. The boxes feature drawings of each part and lists of appliance models each part fits. The 12-inch by 9-inch by 6-inch boxes are reusable.
MC Enterprises President and co-founder Connie Petlack said that she hopes technicians will restock their kits after parts are removed so they have a continuous supply.
The kits can be found through U.S. and Canadian distributors.
The company is an import wholesaler, which supplies RV replacement parts to distributors. Petlack founded the company with her husband, William, in 1985. When William Petlack died in 2016, Connie Petlack continued to maintain the company alongside her daughter, Karin Petlack, who is co-owner and vice president.
