MenuMetric last month promoted Phil Imbery to chief operating officer (COO).
The F&I technology provider promoted Imbery from his previous role as director of operations. Imbery has spent seven years with MenuMetric.
“I am thrilled to announce Phil Imbery’s promotion to the role of chief operating officer,” company CEO Adam Resnick said. “Phil’s exceptional leadership, strategic thinking and unwavering commitment to excellence have been instrumental in driving our company’s growth and success.”
Imbery will lead the company’s sales, marketing and product teams as COO. He said the company’s start to 2023 has kept business at breakneck speed.
“It has been absolutely incredible, beyond what we could have dreamed or hoped for,” he said.
Not long ago, Imbery said MenuMetric had three employees. Today, the company’s staff totals 20, and he said the company expects to hire more personnel this month.
“We just keep adding and growing, and managing that growth along the way,” he said.
Imbery said the experience he and Resnick had as F&I professionals has been a key to their success building the software company. As RV and automotive sales slowed in 2023, he said F&I income has become even more critical to dealers.
Imbery will oversee MenuMetric’s daily operations and guide its growth and expansion.
“With Phil’s expanded role,” Resnick said, “I am confident that we will continue to thrive and achieve even greater heights.”
Imbery has over 20 years of industry experience. Before joining MenuMetric, he held various leadership positions at automotive and financial services companies.
“I am excited to take on this new role and work with our talented team to deliver exceptional value to our clients,” Imbery said. “We have a great product and a strong team, and I am committed to guiding our company to even greater success.”
