Sewell, New Jersey-based Dylan’s RV Center is expanding its indoor storage facility. Dealership owners Steven and Tami Minghenelli said the business saw a dramatic increase in sales volume due to the Covid pandemic and needed additional space.
The company’s General Manager David Pancrazio said four new employees will join Dylan’s team in conjunction with the expansion, which he said “makes us thrilled, especially in these troubled times.”
“We started seeing this back in July of 2020, and began the approval process with our local municipality to build an additional indoor storage facility to house an additional 60 RVs,” Pancrazio said.
Dylan’s currently has indoor storage as many as 40 motorized RVs, Pancrazio said, and soon will be able to house 100 units. The expansion is expected to be completed at April’s end.
“With RV sales increasing up to 50 percent nationwide, there simply is not enough indoor storage facilities for all the RVs being sold,” Steven Minghenelli said. “In fact, Dylan’s sells one-third of every motorized RV in the state of New Jersey, and is already working on plans to construct a third building for indoor storage by the end of summer 2021.”
In addition to motorized RVs, Dylan’s offers a concierge service that stores an RV indoors, rotates it on a monthly basis, keeps the battery charged and has a unit washed, fueled and filled with water when ready to use.
