After revealing Corey Ruzicka’s retirement in February, Priority RV Network (PRVN) appointed his successor to fill his role. The company hired Nicole Schantz as executive director effective Aug. 1. Schantz will shadow current Ruzicka until his retirement in December.
Schantz worked with PRVN as a vendor partner for nearly a decade before accepting the role. She said she values the RV dealer network’s goals and mission.
Schantz said she is eager to “further immerse myself within the RV industry and make a difference within family-owned dealerships.”
She served 19 years with RV Trader, most recently as vice president of OEM and strategic partnerships. She led sales strategies, product development and marketing messaging.
PRVN President Mike Regan said, “Her extensive experience and deep understanding of the RV industry, coupled with her exceptional leadership abilities and strategic partnership experience, make her the perfect choice to guide our network.”
Over the next few months, Ruzicka will demonstrate executive director duties to Schantz. They will meet with dealers, board members and vendors.
Schantz said she is looking forward to supporting the network’s 160 dealers’ efforts to provide quality customer service and notable returns on investment.
“We certainly know that RV consumers have options,” she said. “I want to make sure that the Priority RV Network group member dealers are the dealers that those consumers are choosing to buy from over and over again.”
