Specialty vehicle manufacturer Rev Group has appointed Mike Lanciotti as the company’s recreation segment president.
Lanciotti had been Renegade RV’s VP and general manager. Now he will oversee all Rev recreation businesses and brands, including Fleetwood RV, Holiday Rambler, American Coach, Lance Camper, Midwest Automotive Designs, Renegade RV and Goldshield Fiberglass.
“My initial activity will be around outreach, with a specific focus on each company’s plans and progress toward Rev Group’s performance imperatives around operational excellence, Lean and Kaizen activities,” Lanciotti said.
Lanciotti was named Renegade RV’s CEO and president in 2008, four months after joining the brand as executive VP. Renegade RV was acquired by Rev Group in 2016, and Lanciotti was named the “Rev Renegade” VP and general manager.
“I have more than 10 years of experience leading a multi-location company,” Lanciotti said. “I combine that experience with 13 successful RV growth years at Renegade RV, and the result is a solid base of expertise for me to draw from.”
Prior to joining Renegade, Lanciotti was president and chief operating officer of Lock Joint Tube, where he drove what Rev stated was the supplier’s significant expansion from two plants to four locations, with sales and profitability growth.
“With a successful career spanning over 20 years of consistent business performance, experience implementing quality operational controls for industry-leading profitability and product vision that drove Renegade to the top of its class, Mike is the ideal leader to direct our recreation segment and develop cross-brand strategies,” Rev Group President and CEO Rod Rushing said. “I am confident Mike’s operational and commercial expertise will help our businesses meet the recent increased demand while exceeding expectations of consumers who are joining the RV lifestyle.”
“Ultimately, the key to success is having good people and being a part of the RV group since 2017,” Lanciotti said. “I know and have confidence with my expanded team of associates.”
