EverLogic President Mike Goodwin founded his dealer management software company in 2003. After over two decades of serving RV, powersports and trailer industries, AutoManager has acquired the company.

EverLogic integrates with QuickBooks, provides a mobile application for remote access and includes various add-on modules such as service department tools.

Goodwin said when he began conversations with AutoManager, EverLogic was ready to further develop in areas AutoManager already established. He said partnering with the company “seemed like a really good fit and opportunity.”

Goodwin said many of EverLogic customers use an AutoManager lead generation tool called Selly Automotive. Through the acquisition, EverLogic will integrate the feature, along with other AutoManager integrations.

Goodwin will continue as EverLogic’s president in the company’s Jacksonville, Florida-based facility. He said he looks forward to “working with a bigger team and some new leaders and being able to offer our customers these other products.”

The acquisition will expand AutoManager’s presence beyond automotive industries and enrich EverLogic’s services.

AutoManager CEO Jack Morely said, “We have been impressed with EverLogic’s product suite, team and market presence, particularly in RV, and we believe that AutoManager and EverLogic can achieve more together than we can as separate companies.”
