RVTI promoted Justin Rickett from authorized learning partner manager to senior recruitment manager. Rickett joined RVTI in June, overseeing learning partners. He has aftermarket and supplier experience. Rickett will now add recruitment responsibilities to his role.
Mary Smith joined the team Monday as a recruitment administrator. Smith brings a hospitality industry background to her new job.
RVTI Executive Director Curt Hemmeler said the organization expanded its authorized learning partner portfolio and increased recruitment nationally. These factors create a need to hire and promote employees such as Rickett and Smith.
RVTI has a third open position for an account specialist. No hire has yet been made.
