Called Roadie, the AI-based chatbot features more functionality than typical website chatbots, founder and CEO Brian Searl said.

Searl said Roadie can answer detailed questions on specific inventory, such as “What models work for a family of four?” and “Compare the amenities of these two models for a family with a 7-year-old girl and a Labrador retriever.”
Finally, Searl said Roadie is available 24/7 all year long. The chatbot can answer questions about the specific dealership but also anything ChatGPT knows, including why a roof might be leaking or how to change a bulb in the refrigerator.
