Famous partnerships are written across history: Batman and Robin; Bonnie and Clyde; Nike and Michael Jordan. Lippert and Euramax for Mobility will be scrawled in the book of collaborations.
The two companies created a joint venture, named Amerimax for Mobility, to boost product availability to Lippert customers.
Amerimax for Mobility is the name of the aluminum sidewall and panel supplier bought by a family investment holding last September. The family investment holding is a long-term holder of over fifteen industry-leading companies of which Euramax for Mobility is a leading supplier into the European RV market. Previously, Amerimax for Mobility was known as Amerimax Fabricated Products, an RV sidewall and panel supplier for over 50 years ago.
The new joint venture will supply all major OEM customers with sidewalls and/or panels, using employees from the former Amerimax Fabricated Products and Lippert.
Together the companies will make products including traditional metal fabricated panels, high-strength premium laminates, fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) panels and pre-painted aluminum sheets and coils with widths up to 103 inches.
Lippert Chief Marketing Officer Jarod Lippert said “Euramax is a proven innovator in this space, already being one of the largest suppliers for these products in Europe. It makes a lot of sense to have Euramax manage the manufacturing side, the innovation side, the product development side of sidewalls and side panels.”
Lippert first moved into sidewalls and panel manufacturing after acquiring Trazcor, a specialty metal fabricator, in 2021.
Jarod Lippert said the supplier will offer over 30 product categories across various industries.
“It is a matter of becoming a better supplier to our existing and potential customers,” Jarod Lippert said. “It is a matter of getting more product out there that they might not have had access to, and really making the supply chain better for these products.”
Products are now shipping to Lippert North American customers. Amerimax for Mobility has service locations in Elkhart County, Indiana; Mansfield, Texas; Stayton, Oregon and Perris Valley, California.
