Mountains climb a motorhome’s exterior. Western decorations and Packard car accents fill the coach’s interior. Tiffin’s new, limited-edition RV offers a smoky mountain aesthetic with a Western twist.
The limited-edition 45 BTLE Allegro Bus motorhome honors Tiffin Motorhomes founder and CEO Bob Tiffin. Only 82 models will be built. Tiffin Motorhomes will reveal the motorhome next week at the RV SuperShow in Tampa, Florida.
Tiffin Vice President of Sales Freddie Swinney said Bob Tiffin’s customer service passion remains at age 82.
“Bob is the epitome of customer service,” Swinney said. “No one serves our customers better than the way Bob Tiffin did and still does.”
Today, the Tiffin CEO continues to sit down with customers and answer the phone.
“We took some of Mr. Bob’s favorite things—mountains, western fields, Packard cars,” Swinney said, “and we combined all those into this motorhome.”
The RV has a Cummins L9 450 HP diesel engine with 1,250 pounds per foot of torque. The motorhome has an Allison 3,000 MH six-speed transmission with a lock-up torque converter. The chassis features a ZF independent front suspension, an air brake system with automatic slack adjusters and tag axle drum brakes.
The RV is 45 feet long with a 52,000-pound GVWR. The bath-and-a-half model has a 100-gallon freshwater tank, a 100-gallon grey water tank and a 100-gallon black water tank. The motorhome has three slide outs, sleeps three to five people and seats nine to 12 passengers.
The motorhome’s Spyder Controls multiplex system and a Firefly Integrations Eclipse Module control appliances and electronics as well as monitoring tank levels. The motorhome has three 15,000 BTU low-profile air conditioners with heat pumps and condensation drains.
The RV’s interior has two décor options: Great Smoky Mountain or Ultrafabrics Tottori Rice Paper. Mountain scenes decorate pillows on the 75-inch dinette’s chairs. Two sofa beds each sleep one person. A plaque with the limited-edition number is placed above the entry door. Gold Heat Dual Zones warm the inset and border-glazed porcelain tiled floor. A soft-touch vinyl ceiling towers above the interior.

The kitchen includes a solid-surface countertop, sink and two-burner Wolf induction cooktop. The refrigerator is a 25-cubic foot stainless steel residential model with French doors and a bottom freezer. A double-bowl sink includes a faucet with a pull-down sprayer. A drawer-style dishwasher is standard.
The full bath has an electric gravity flush toilet and the half-bath includes a macerator toilet. The full bathroom includes a 32-by-49-inch shower with inlaid tile and a residential glass door.
The bedroom features a power smart lift King bed and an overhead cabinet with a headboard.
Mountains are not the model’s only exterior design. Bob Tiffin’s signature is printed across the exterior. A Girard roof-mounted powered patio awning with integrated LED lighting and dual pitch feature extends outside.
