Titan Strategy CEO Jason Krantz launched his RV Market Share and Analytics Training program only days ago, but already students have told Krantz how much the program has helped them.
The program covers the fundamentals of market share and competitive analysis using Statistical Surveys Inc. data. The course is designed to help dealers understand their business, markets and competition through data and analytics.
Krantz said the program creation was a big effort and part of a broader toolbox program he is creating. The larger program has been commissioned by Pluralsight, an educational company offering video training, and will focus on helping executives learn their market.
Krantz said the goal of his free program is to help the RV industry grow and evolve at a faster pace. He said the program will help RV dealers manage inventory more efficiently, mitigate risk, grow their market share and produce higher revenue and profit margins.
“The response already has been really great,” Krantz said.
The CEO said the program has five modules with two- to four-minute videos discussing each segment of a topic. The videos are short enough to be used during a lunch break or similar time period. With a low time investment, Krantz hopes more individuals check out the information.
“From what I am seeing in other industries,” Krantz said, “RV dealers will have to pay a lot more attention to market share and analytics soon.”
