Way Interglobal will debut new products and talk idea development during its annual open house Dec. 7-18.

Attendees have the option to participate virtually or in-person at Way’s Elkhart, Indiana, headquarters. One-hour time slots will be scheduled for each OEM or customer throughout the two-week period, either in-person or online with an updated virtual showroom.

“We’ve been hosting this the last 11 or 12 years,” Way VP of Operations Chris Greer said. “It’s a great time to sit down with our customer base.”

Way has been scheduling open house participants for the past month, Senior Sales Manager Tom Halbert said. The company noted that the majority of time slots already are filled.

“We want to leave it up to customers,” Halbert said. “[The event] can be in-person with our safety protocols, and we completely understand customers that want to do it virtual.”

New Way products will be featured, such as 12-volt refrigerators, a 17-cubic-foot French door 12-volt refrigerator, Graystone cooking products, standard 2-in-1 ovens and a burner/convention oven combo.

“We present products, but we also sit down and talk with customers about what they need or ideas they have,” Greer stated. “Customers come to us and ask if we are willing to develop or work with them on certain products. We get a lot of good ideas with customers at this time.”

Way’s open house will be the first public showcase in a physical space to debut its brand changes, company representative Eli Grant said. Participants can expect to see modernized product brands such as Graystone.

“We’re excited to bring the new look that Way has to the people,” Grant said. “There will be more of that, new branding, color palettes and getting names out into the world.”

Halbert said the company seeks to expand its product offerings to its current customer base. To accomplish this, Way launched a new website in September that supports direct product purchases, with additional tools and functionality to back the company’s OEM efforts.

“We have a mix of audiences we are trying to reach,” Grant said. “Whether it’s a products manager at an OEM, dealers, or RV owners looking to upgrade, we want to speak to them in a more consistent way that’s reflective of company principles.”
