First-time RVDA Convention/Expo speaker Aubrey Amborn will present a workshop as part of the digital marketing/BDC track during the 2023 RVDA Convention/Expo.
The session will address adding a personal touch while leading consumers on the path to purchase.
Amborn is director of sales for InteractRV. She has built strategic partnership programs with companies including Land ’N’ Sea, US Auto Force, Keystone and NTP-Stag to provide more turnkey online solutions to service customers.
“Personalize & Scale the Consumer Path to Purchase” will help dealers understand modern consumers, who have higher expectations than previous generations. Dealers can take advantage of online tools to convert their websites into their most effective salesperson.
The workshop is scheduled for 3:15-4 p.m. Nov. 8.
During the workshop, attendees will learn:
- Steps to making your website work smarter and harder, using the tools that are already available
- Ways to personalize the shopper experience by delivering the information each website visitor is looking for, such as inventory availability, service slots and pricing
- Methods to leverage digital word of mouth (social media and online reviews) to stand out online and drive brand equity
