Family RV Association, a nonprofit association for RV owners, will host its 110th International Convention & RV Expo from March 12-15. The convention will be held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in Perry, Georgia.
The convention will encompass a pirate theme, titled, “Return to Perry: Lafitte’s Lost Treasure.”
Among the RV companies slated to exhibit are Blue Compass RV, Blue Ox, Briter Products, Campers Inn, Century Chemical, Cheltec, Cummins, Flagpole Buddy, Foretravel, Henderson’s Line-Up, HWH Corp., Lippert, LiquidSpring, Lithionics, National Indoor RV Centers, NSA RV Products, Pinnacle Appliances, RecPro, Roadmaster, RV By Life, RV Technical Institute, Safe T Plus, Steele Rubber Products, Tiffin Motorhomes, TireMinder, Wacko Products and Winnebago.
The convention will feature exhibits, seminars, live entertainment and pirate-themed activities. Discovery Channel’s “RV There Yet?” hosts, Kevin McCabe and Patrice McCabe, will appear.
The fairgrounds’ Georgia Grown building will be transformed into the “RV There Yet?” Discovery Zone. The site will be an interactive RV marketplace with product demos, educational seminars, Winnebago RVs and an area for screening TV show episodes.
Seminars will cover tire care, towing and fire safety, RV upkeep, caravan travel, full-time RVing and microwave-convection cooking.
The Perry gathering will be the association’s first international convention under a new name. In 2024 the group transitioned from Family Motor Coach Association to Family RV Association.
RV Expo hours will be Wednesday, March 12, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, March 13 and 14, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, March 15, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
