Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp. (FCCC) released its My 24/7 Direct digital tool for RV owners.
The mobile app serves as a “digital glove box,” the company said. The app provides FCCC owners with password-protected, personalized access to key RV materials, including owner manuals, FCCC training guides, maintenance info and easy access to FCCC’s legendary 24/7 customer support.
My 24/7 Direct includes the My Maintenance feature, which provides RV owners a way to track and save their RV’s schedule for 12 different maintenance functions. The My Maintenance feature automatically notifies owners about upcoming maintenance tasks based on factory schedules specific to their chassis.

- A “Notes” function to keep customized notes
