F&I service provider Relentless Dealer Services (RDS) acquired substantially all of General Agent Services’ assets.
General Agent Services has operated an agency in the Pacific Northwest for decades. Third-generation family owner Reggy Huddleston will work alongside the RDS team after the acquisition, the companies said.
“Our dealerships are like family to us,” Huddleston said. “Not only does the RDS partnership allow us to continue to service our dealers, but they add so much value with the additional F&I tools and training that we could not offer as a small agency.”
Both companies look forward to a partnership based on serving customers, the companies said, and a shared desire to see the industry continue to grow.
“We see a great opportunity in the RV and marine industries to offer an exit plan for F&I agents who have built a solid book of business,” RDS’ Jamison Carrier said, “and they want to make sure their dealer partners will continue to receive world-class service.”
