Relentless Dealer Services’ (RDS) RV and Marine F&I training will disperse knowledge to students Feb. 6-8. The Apco Holdings Brand will hold the training in Indianapolis.
RDS Lead Instructor Dom Zappia said, “Training is crucial for dealership revenue and customer retention, and participants will learn the importance of structuring deals to maximize product offerings and how to overcome objections.”
The training includes compliance, F&I basics, product training and indirect lender topics. The class prepares students for customer interactions through quizzes and interactive role-play.
