Firefly Integrations’ 2025 Training Academy will include enhanced training programs for RV technicians across the U.S. and Canada. The initiative features increased course content, more locations and other participant benefits.

Key features of the academy include:
- Extended class length: Classes now run six hours, up from four hours, providing technicians with deeper insights and more hands-on practice.
- Certification benefits: Participants earn six hours toward RVTI Level 3 certification to advance their professional qualifications.
- Exclusive early registration discount: Register at least two weeks in advance to receive a 20% discount on training fees.
- Technician-focused content: Designed exclusively for technicians, the training delivers skills to help enhance service performance.
- Widespread availability: With more than 31 locations planned across the U.S. and Canada, technicians can find a session near them.
The academy provides attendees with tools and knowledge, including hands-on experience; RV-C and Can Bus technology; diagnostics and troubleshooting; and consumer challenge solutions.
