Firefly Integrations is enhancing customer relationships and support by appointing a new vice president of sales.
Mike Butler brings 25 years of RV industry experience into his new role.
Firefly CEO Leon Bontrager said, “Mike brings relationship-building expertise to take customer service and support to the five-star level we strive to provide. With 25 years in the RV industry, Mike brings the sales foundation we need at Firefly.”
Butler previously served two years as Elkhart Trailer Co.’s vice president of sales. His sales leadership experience includes jobs as Garmin’s sales manager and Spartan RV Chassis’ national sales manager.
Butler said, “We want to partner with our OEM customers on innovation and help them create their very own system, unique to them.”
Firefly said Butler will strengthen relationships with OEMS, dealers and consumers. Butler will attend RV shows and rallies to understand consumer needs.
“If we take care of the end-user,” Butler said, “then I know we are taking care of the dealer and the OEM.”
