Firefly Integrations unveiled a new multiplex system called Emprise. The company said the system has a robust, cost-effective touchscreen interface.
Emprise has a 7-inch capacitive color screen that quickly powers on. The touchscreen display conceals a fully integrated 12-volt power distribution panel, enabling consumers to monitor and control all RV features.
Joel Badskey, Firefly Integrations vice president of sales, said: “Everyone at Firefly is really excited about the introduction of the Emprise to the RV market. Firefly has done a phenomenal job of providing high-end multiplex products for many years, and now we have something to provide our customers on the less expensive side of the market. Manufacturers will love the ease of installation and RV owners are going to love the upscale product they get without the boutique price tag.”
Emprise is RV-C compatible and opens 180 degrees to access the distribution panel. Installation of stripped wire leads with the use of lever nuts, eliminates the need for torquing. Emprise’s low-profile surface-mount design responds instantaneously to consumer touch and has optional mobile app control.
Other features and benefits of Emprise include:
- Integrated strain relief to keep connections secure and cables organized.
- The power to control and monitor up to three A/C zones, six tanks and one LPG.
- A centralized control point that is internally circuit protected and reverse polarity protected.
Emprise is available for late 2024 and 2025 models.
