Multiple Forest River divisions won a slew of RVDA Quality Circle Awards as part of the yearly Dealer Satisfaction Index Survey. The evaluation, which has been implemented for three decades, is based on feedback from RV dealers.
East to West brands that were honored comprise the Ahara, Blackthorn, Della Terra, Longitude, Silver Lake and Takoda towables, plus their motorized Alita and Entrada.
East to West’s founder Lisa Rees said, “We see these awards as a testament to our shared commitment to excellence. Our people take pride in every detail of the manufacturing process, and you will see that in each RV we produce.”
In addition, Coachmen RV was recognized with five Quality Circle Awards for the towable Coachmen Apex, Coachmen Spirit and three Type B vehicles: Coachmen Beyond, Coachmen Galleria and Coachmen Nova.
Group General Manager Bob Dumm said, “Our teams work hard to bring fresh innovation and high standards of quality to each RV we produce.”
Shasta RV also earned a Quality Circle Award for Shasta travel trailers and the Shasta I-5 Edition and Compact.
“Shasta has been a respected name in the industry since 1941,” Dumm said. “With the help and support of our valued dealer partners, we continue to innovate and advance the success of this exciting product line.”
For the RVDA assessment, dealers provided feedback about manufacturers’ reliability and quality, warranties, parts and sales. The association received feedback from 585 dealerships throughout North America, which comprised more than 2,600 brand ratings.
