Alan Farash, who spent two years as Rev Recreation Group’s vice president and general manager, has been named president and chief operating officer at Truck Accessories Group, LLC d/b/a Leer Group.
Farash was hired in May 2022 to oversee Rev Recreation Group’s gas and diesel Type A motorhome brands, American Coach, Fleetwood RV and Holiday Rambler. He also was in charge of two Rev Group service and repair centers and the company’s online parts warehouse.
Farash reported directly to Rev Recreation Group President Mike Lanciotti. He left Rev Group in May.
Leer is a supplier of fiberglass and aluminum truck caps, tonneau covers and truck accessories.

Farash has senior-level experience in lean manufacturing, strategic business development, operations management and brand positioning. In previous roles, he oversaw specialty and commercial vehicle businesses.
