Former Skyline CEO Decio dies

A longtime community leader who supported the arts and education in the area has died. Arthur J. Decio died Friday at the age of 90.

Decio was president of Skyline Corp., a mobile home and RV company. Decio appeared on the cover of Time magazine in a 1965 article about successful businessmen under 40.

In 1952, at the age of 22, Decio took over Skyline Coach Co., which his father had started in a rented garage. Four years later he became CEO. Decio is a member of the RV/MH Hall of Fame, inducted in 1975.
