Furrion has released five new RV refrigerators. The new models include 15- and 16-cubic-foot French door models and a 15-cubic-foot double-door model. All of the new refrigerators feature a high-end, stainless steel finish. The new professional series models include a 16- and 20-cubic-foot side-by-side design. Professional series models are available in stainless steel, black steel and a new midnight glass finish, which reduces the risk of damage during OEM installation.
The new designs and finishes have a residential look and feel, Furrion Co-founder and CEO Aaron Fidler said.
“These new models complete the suite of Furrion high-end appliances,” he said, “and when paired with the Furrion range ovens and hoods, it creates a stylish and functional kitchen space in the RV.”
When designing the refrigerators, Furrion sought to provide large capacities in a small footprint. Recessed handles conserve space when slide-outs are closed. Furrion’s compressor technology works with RV energy systems to provide cooling capacity while optimizing energy use and performance. The refrigerator’s Vibrationsmart technology helps it withstand vibrations when the RV is in motion; Climatesmart testing ensures it can withstand extreme temperatures when in storage in extremely hot or cold climates.
All five refrigerator models, along with the new gas ranges launched last week, are currently on display in the Furrion Showroom at the company’s Innovation Center and Institute of Technology in Elkhart.
