Gen-Y Group will start construction of their new building next week June 20.
“This has been a dream for me since I started the company. This new building will tremendously help our team grow and that is what truly excites me,” said Carl Borkholder, founder. “We need a facility to achieve that next level of growth for Gen-Y Hitch Group and I am so excited to see it all come together.”
Ace Builders is set to break ground for the new 74,000-square-foot building. The facility will house both Gen-Y Group divisions: Gen-Y Hitch and NexGen Industryz.

This expansion project will provide much-needed space for the organization to continue the strong growth our great team continues to generate,” President Dan Miller said. “We are glad to officially make Elkhart County, Indiana, our headquarters and become a permanent member of the Nappanee business community.”
Gen-Y Hitch is based out of Nappanee and NexGen Industryz is based out of Bremen, Indiana. The new building will be located at 3400 W. Market St. in Nappanee. The building is projected to be completed by December 2022.
