Gen-Y Hitch today released its new Phantom-X 16K drop hitch, the latest version in the supplier’s Phantom-X hitch line.
The 16K drop hitch is rated at 16,000 pounds towing capacity. The fully adjustable hitch comes with a 2.5-inch solid shank.
The hitch adjust from 5 to 10 inches of drop and can be flipped in the rise position with the hitch above the truck’s hitch receiver.
The Phantom-X 16K includes various attachments, such as a dual-ball mount, a tri-ball mount and a pintle lock. The pintle lock enables consumers to tow with a lunette ring trailer, eliminating the need to purchase multiple hitches for different applications.
