After more than 15 years of operating in Utah, General RV Center opened a second dealership in the state.

The new General RV Supercenter is in South Weber, about 30 miles north of Salt Lake City.

General RV CEO Loren Baidas said he was eager to expand the company’s Utah presence.

He said, “This new Supercenter in South Weber represents our commitment to providing excellence in customer service.”

The 65,000-square-foot facility has capacity to hold over 500 new and used RVs. The building has 30 service bays and a dedicated body shop.

The dealership will employ more than 80 employees in customer service, finance, office, parts, sales and service departments.

General RV South Weber Operations Manager Paxton Jenson said, “As a family-owned company that prioritizes people and community, we are excited to bring opportunities for our customers to create lifelong memories in an RV.”

The dealer chain opened its first Utah store in Draper. Michigan-based General RV has dealerships in Illinois, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
