Genesis Products broke ground on a new plant this week. The RV supplier of cabinets, countertops, panels and doors stated the project will create 60 new jobs.
The 78,000-square-foot plant will be built in Goshen.
“As we enter our 20th anniversary this year, we are excited to be breaking ground on Plant 10 in Goshen,” company President and CEO Jon Wenger said. “The new facility will allow us to stay ahead of capacity and continue better servicing our customers.”
More details about the production moving to the new plant were unavailable. As of August 2021, the company employed more than 1,100 workers.
“We are grateful for our continued growth, and we look forward to many more years owning and building our great company,” Wenger said. “We would like to give a special thank you to all our Genesis team members, customers, and our communities that help make it all possible.”
Nuway Construction, which is the project’s general contractor, stated the plant is scheduled to finish in December.
