Genesis Products, an RV interior components supplier, expanded its interior components line, launching a new shower system solution with PR11 technology.
The new shower system will feature a custom, one-piece, shower surround designed and manufactured in Elkhart, the result a partnership with Premium Rock that was announced earlier this year.
Premium Rock’s PR11 manufacturing method enables the companies to use lifelike textures and prints on any application, according to Genesis CEO Johnathon Wenger. The method is a digital painting process with a UV coating. Wenger said the product could be applied to components such as stone shower walls without using heavy and expensive materials. Customers now can design shower surrounds with texture and color. The design options offer the look and feel of natural surfaces including stone, wood, concrete and marble.
Shower surrounds are created to OEM specifications with custom fit and finish to specific shower pans.
Nic Bontrager, product manager for the new shower surrounds, said the PR11 Shower Wall System was a natural expansion of Genesis’s current component offerings.
“With the only limitations being imagination,” Bontrager said, “this exclusive technology will truly continue to help our customers create a cohesive look throughout their coach.”
Shower solutions samples are available through Genesis account representatives at the Goshen design center.
