Just outside Zion National Park in Utah, Zion Weeping Buffalo announced it will open a glamping resort this winter.

The resort will feature covered wagons, glamping tents, and RV sites with majestic views of the surrounding canyons and mountains near Zion. Zion Weeping Buffalo said it is designed as a glamping luxury accommodation resort.

“We look forward to becoming an integral part of the amazing experience millions expect when they come to visit Zion,” Zion Weeping Buffalo representative Jared Westhoff stated. “Our resort is designed to provide a high-quality customer focused experience within steps of the amazing scenery found in Southwest Utah.”

Zion Weeping Buffalo Resort features custom-made covered wagons developed by PlainsCraft Covered Wagons. The wagons allow guests to relax in authentic style and are appointed with King sized beds, full baths with showers, and central heating and air conditioning.A picture of the interior of a PlainsCraft Covered Wagon

“It is our mission to build something special with each park we work with,” PlainsCraft Covered Wagons founder and CEO Dennis Steinman stated.

Developers have been working with local officials on the Zion Weeping Buffalo Resort for a dozen years, the resort stated.

“We look forward to opening a property that adds to the overall experience of guests and locals alike,” Westhoff stated.
