Global Supplier Makes Four Executive Hires

Redarc Electronics, an Australian-based power management solution supplier, unveiled a series of strategic appointments the company said marked a significant step in its worldwide expansion.

The company said the key sales and marketing division hires underline Redarc’s commitment to solidifying its leadership position across the globe.

Peter Favilla, Redarc’s global president, said: “These appointments signify an exciting chapter for Redarc as we continue our journey of global expansion and further investment in North America. Their diverse skillsets and industry experience will be instrumental in realizing our objectives across multiple regions, unquestionably contributing to the success of Redarc.”

Greg Gorski will become Redarc’s global marketing leader. Gorski, the former marketing director at Dometic, will be crucial in enhancing Redarc’s global brand presence, the company said. Gorski has expertise in strategic brand planning and project management

Gary Langbo was named general manager of sales – North America. Langbo, who last served as Char-Broil’s vice president of sales, has experience in brand marketing and sales management. The company said Langbo will be pivotal in advancing Redarc’s multi-channel sales strategies.

Savannah Goodwin joins the company as the North American strategic marketing manager. Goodwin previously was the marketing manager at Polaris. Redarc said Goodwin’s demonstrated success in crafting compelling campaigns and her adeptness in market analysis and consumer engagement will amplify Redarc’s marketing efforts.

Finally, Doug Larsen was named global website and eCommerce manager. Larsen previously was Digital River’s director of eCommerce and digital at Digital River.
