Glomex, an Italian RV and marine product supplier, will make its products available to OEMs in North and South America through a partnership with Baltimore-based GA Communications.
The two companies will operate as Glomex Americas, with GA Communications becoming the exclusive Glomex product provider in the American market.
“This strategic recapitalization enables Glomex to maintain its proven track record of introducing innovative technologies and products, while focusing on growth and brand enhancement within the region,” Glomex owner Piero Baldassarri stated.
The company is based in Ravenna, Italy, and has spent more than 30 years manufacturing RV and boat products including antennas, amplifiers and wireless monitoring systems.
GA Communications is led by founder Ernie Ellis, Globaltec Solutions founder and Sea-Fire principal.
“Glomex customers will transition seamlessly to GA Communications, with sales order management and accounting services already in place,” Glomex stated. “Product stock is warehoused in the U.S. and ready for immediate shipment.”
