Go RVing released its 2025 Experiential Events schedule. The coalition is requesting manufacturers and dealers to provide RVs for consumers to tour during the events.

This year, Go RVing will participate in 10 events, including air shows, festivals and art shows. The schedule is the fewest experiential events Go RVing has conducted in a year since restarting in-person events in 2021.

The coalition said Experiential Events are a core part of its strategy to expose diverse audiences to RVing and an active outdoor lifestyle in an unexpected setting.

The events provide consumers with opportunities to directly engage with RVs, leading them to share their experiences and become more likely to make a purchase.

The schedule for Go RVing’s 2025 Experiential Events is:

  • Oregon International Air Show in Hillsboro, Oregon, May 16-May 18
  • Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach, Florida, May 29-June 1
  • Taste of Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina, June 6-June 8
  • National Cherry Festival in Traverse City, Michigan, June 28-July 1
  • American Century in Stateline, Nevada, July 10-July 13
  • Ann Arbor Art Fair in Ann Arbor, Michigan, July 17-July 19
  • Dublin Irish Festival in Dublin, Ohio, Aug. 1-Aug. 3
  • Yellow Daisy Festival in Stone Mountain, Georgia, Sept. 4-Sept. 7
  • Utah State Fair in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sept. 11-Sept. 14
  • Autumnfest in Woonsocket, Rhode Island Oct. 11-Oct. 13

In 2021, Go RVing hosted 13 experiential events, with 17 in 2022, 13 in 2023 and 12 in 2024.

The events brought thousands of consumers into contact with RVs. In the final five events of 2021, over 29,000 consumers toured RVs on site. In 2022, the events produced 126,817 RV tours. In 2023, Go RVing hosted 94,574 tours.

Total 2024 tours were not available but Go RVing averaged over 7,300 tours per event in 2022 and 2023. At that average, the coalition would have hosted over 88,000 tours in 2024.

Companies interested in providing an RV for any of the events should email Dana DelVecchio at ddelvecchio@rvia.org.
