Go RVing team members will host a workshop Nov. 8 at the RVDA Convention/Expo. The sessions will present findings from the Go RVing Path To Purchase study.
The study reveals insight into the consumer journey during the RV purchase process, Go RVing said. The study looks at RV owners, purchase intenders and purchase abandoners. The report examines the decision-making process for each group.
Additionally, the report explores each group’s mindset leading to an additional RV purchase, such as an upgrade, different RV type, a first-time purchase for new RVers or an abandonment/postponement an RV purchase.
The Go RVing Path to Purchase study will be released to RVIA members later this year, Go RVing said.
Session attendees will learn recommendations on improving the purchase process and overall consumer experience.
The RVDA Convention/Expo runs from Nov. 7-11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
