Haylett Auto & RV Superstore in Coldwater, Michigan, was sold by Dave and Nancy Haylett to Bish’s RV, according to Performance Brokerage Services, which took an advising role in the sale.
Haylett Auto & RV Superstore was established in 1989 by the Haylett family. Operating on 15 acres, the dealership is a volume leader in Michigan, recently averaging over 1,000 units sold annually. The dealership ranks sixth in Michigan and was 44th in the country for 2019, according to RVDA and Statistical Surveys Inc.
The superstore additionally boasts 125,000 subscribers on its YouTube channel, heavily attributed to the efforts of Josh Winters, aka Josh the RV Nerd.
Bish’s RV has 14 other dealerships, including Ludington and Grand Rapids, Michigan.
After the sale, Dave Haylett commended the work of Performance Brokerage Services.

Over the last five years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of over 250 dealerships. In 2021, the company consummated 72 transactions, a record-breaking year for the company.

The dealership will remain at its current location at 891 East Chicago St. in Coldwater, Michigan.
