Heartland RV enriched its services by appointing two experienced leaders to various company segments.

The manufacturer named Jim Fenner vice president of manufacturing, customer service and engineering. Chad Olinger was appointed to senior director of service and parts operations for Heartland RV, Cruiser RV and DRV.

Each executive has been with the company for more than a decade.

Heartland RV President Kyle Kwasny said, “Their leadership will be instrumental in our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of our products and surpass the expectations of our dealers and owners.”

Fenner joined Heartland RV in 2006 as a customer service manager. During his time, he worked in customer service, engineering, quality and manufacturing.

Fenner said, “My primary focus in this role will be on ensuring the highest quality in our products and implementing robust processes and continuous improvements to enhance our manufacturing operations.”

Olinger has 15 years of experience, including 13 with Cruiser RV and DRV. His most recent role was senior director for parts and warehouse.

The leadership changes are another step in the manufacturer’s work to enhance service. In the past year, the company appointed another leader and opened a new manufacturing plant.

Kwasny said, “By elevating our standards over time, we can continue creating proven, smarter, simpler products that give campers both what they want and what they need.”
