Heartland RV detailed the latest fifth wheel in its Corterra brand. The manufacturer introduced the brand at the end of 2023.
The Corterra 3.7 has a 12,823-pound dry weight and a 15,000-pound GVWR. The 360-square-foot RV is 42 feet long and sleeps up to eight people. The 3.7 is the third floorplan offered in the Corterra line.
Heartland RV Product Manager Trent Brickner said, “The 3.7 is the largest Corterra model yet, with plenty of room for even large families to spend quality time together comfortably while giving each member personal space.”
The living area includes two theater-style seats with recliners. A trifold sofa converts into a bed. The lounges face a TV above an electric fireplace.
A second TV is in the middle bunk room along with a trifold sofa that converts into a bed. Loft space above the bunk room provides additional sleeping space.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, two wardrobe closets, 12 storage drawers and a pull-out laundry hamper. Each bed side has 110-volt outlets. A private bathroom entrance includes a cabinet prepped for a washer and dryer.
The full bathroom has a backlit mirror and a glass shower.
The kitchen includes a 16-cubic-foot, glass-front refrigerator, a three-burner cooktop, an oven and a stainless-steel, single-basin sink. The space includes a wine and coffee bar, a pantry and ample storage space. The dinette includes hidden storage under the tabletop.
Strip lights throughout the RV can be dimmed. A Trio Airflow air conditioner cools the Corterra 3.7.
The fifth wheel has a 98-gallon freshwater tank, a 57-gallon black water tank and two 57-gallon gray water tanks.
Heartland’s Sol 190 solar energy package includes a 190-watt solar panel with a roof-docking port where devices connect, a 30-amp charge controller, a pre-wired fuse kit and up to eight outlets. Heartland’s “The Vault” holds breakers and fuses.
Control switches extend a 19-foot power awning with LED lights and front cap lights in the pass-through storage compartment.
Additional features include an auto-leveling system with hitch memory and Goodyear tires installed with a tire-pressure monitoring system.
