Hellwig Suspension Products, a towing, hauling and performance suspension products supplier, debuted new front and rear sway bar options for the Ram TRX pickup.
Both sway bars are constructed from solid, heat-treated, powder-coated chromoly steel. According to Hellwig, the bars provide increased stiffness over factory sway bars, resulting in better handling, comfort and safety for everyday driving and towing/hauling applications.
The bars reduce a vehicle’s side-to-side pitch during cornering. The company said the rear sway bar offers stability for daily drivers and maneuverability for off-road enthusiasts.
The rear sway bar, part #7794, is a solid 7/8-inch diameter bar. It features three options for adjustability and includes adjustable HD end links. The front sway bar, part #7795, is a solid 1-3/8-inch diameter bar that reuses factory end links.
Each sway bar kit includes all hardware needed for installation and each bar can be installed in the driveway at home with basic hand tools.
Hellwig Products sway bars are made in the U.S. and are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on all steel parts.
