Hellwig Suspension Products released its new Silent Support System, a polyurethane bushing upgrade for its Helper Springs.
The company said the Silent Support System “eliminates metal-to-metal contact for a smooth and silent ride.”
The system acts as a barrier between surfaces to reduce metal-to-metal contact, the company said. Metal-to-metal contact is common with aftermarket helper springs, Hellwig Suspension Products said, and typically results in unwanted metallic harmonics.
The Silent Support System upgrade will be standard on all Hellwig Suspension Products’ Helper Springs.
