Hopkins Manufacturing Corporation, a supplier of towing electrical products and fluid management tools, added Barrie C. Green to its team where she will take the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Green will be responsible for all aspects of Hopkins’ human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits. Green will lead the human resources function globally, including Emporia, Kansas; Miami, Oklahoma; Edgerton, Kansas; Torrance, California; Scottsdale, Arizona; Arlington Heights, Illinois; Juarez, Mexico; Ningbo, China; and Blenheim, Ontario.
Green will work closely with the executive team to further evolve the Hopkins culture to attract, retain and develop the best team.
Green’s background is in human resources, most recently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for CFS Brands, LLC. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Human Resources for Horton Automatics, a division of Overhead Door Corporation, a leading manufacturer of doors and openers. Other experience includes HR and operational roles at Post Foods, Newell Rubbermaid, and Goodrich.
Green served in the US Armed Forces and has been an active member in her community, supporting the United Way, Boys and Girls Club, Relay for Life, amongst others.
