Horizon Global Corporation will offer a product training seminar at the 2023 RV Meyer Mega Show at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 10, 2023, at the French Lick Resort in French Lick, Indiana.
The company will be on-site as an exhibitor at the show presenting its North American brands: Draw-Tite, Reese, Bulldog, Fulton and Tekonsha.
“This will be actionable training tackling the basics and proper product selection, as well as installation walkthroughs and maintenance tips,” said Sam Wiseman, Horizon Global national account manager and trainer. “We are confident we have created a great session for dealers to gain knowledge to drive sales in 2023 and install our products as efficiently as possible.”
Horizon Global’s seminar will provide training and installation guidance on fifth wheel hitches, weight distribution hitches, and pin box replacements, as well as showcase 2022 and 2023 product releases:
- 20K Reese Goose Box Fifth Wheel Pin Box: The third-generation Goose Box release features more vertical height adjustments for taller truck beds and is now compatible with most fifth wheel trailer wing set bolt-hole patterns, including the Lippert Rhino, the company said.
- Reese Sidewinder Premium Pin Box: The premium replacement pin box now fits the latest fifth wheel trailer wing sets, including the Lippert Rhino and Lippert Turning Point.
- Reese Dual Cam II: The redesigned, integrated weight distribution and sway control system is easier than ever with a simple, no-drill installation.
- Reese Max Duty Fifth Wheel Towing System: A complete fifth wheel towing system for half-ton pickup trucks.
- Tekonsha Prodigy iD: An in-dash OEM-style brake controller powered by Tekonsha’s Edge technology. With the controller, consumers can customize trailer brake settings from their mobile device.
As an incentive for attendance at the seminar, the company will give two attendees prizes, Horizon Global said.
