Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) offers resources to support dealers navigating economic shifts.
IDS will host its monthly Dealership Insights Forum on Friday, April 25, at 11:30 a.m. EST / 8:30 a.m. PST.
The forum will highlight dealership fixed operations metrics to boost success. It will discuss how to identify trends faster, boost the service department’s efficiency and eliminate costly bottlenecks.
Discussion topics include what dealers should be looking for in a service report and how dealers monitor unclaimed warranties and technician success.
The forum will be hosted by IDS Senior Data Innovation Manager Don Miller, Dealership Expert and former Warranty Manager Kevin Gribble and The Great Outdoors RV Service Director Steve Shackelford.
