The Society of Certified RV Professionals recognized certified individuals across various categories.
The association honored 18 individuals from 13 participating dealerships who earned a new certification and four individuals who renewed their certification during the fourth quarter of 2023. Individuals earned certifications through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center’s Fixed Operations Certification Program.
Individuals participating in the recognition program are a subgroup of 31 individuals from 19 dealerships who earned certification.
RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said, “On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships. These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”

- Delores Thompson (warranty administrator)
- Chloe Bellomo (warranty administrator)
- Sharen Weisen (warranty administrator)
- Anna Freeman (warranty administrator)
- Jesse Higgins (parts specialist)
- Megan Eby (parts specialist)
- Rachel Eddy (parts specialist)
- Joseph Rein (parts specialist),
- Heather Tingley (parts specialist)

The Society of Certified RV Professionals said, “Recertifying and maintaining certification demonstrate an individual’s ongoing commitment to staying current in an industry driven by changing technology and high consumer expectations.”
Fixed-ops professionals can earn certification as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers and warranty administrators through the RV Learning Center. The program includes online testing, certification and recertification.
