Integrated Dealer Systems (IDS) is launching a webinar series to inform dealers about its dealership management software and solutions.
IDS Sales Engineer Allison Miller will lead the webinars. Miller will share her accounting and management experience. Before joining IDS, Miller worked as a controller and general manager at an RV dealership chain.
The series kicks off Tuesday, Feb. 19, with the first workshop: “Get Ready to Kick Off the Busy Season with SalesCRM Online.” The webinar will provide tips to drive revenue, turn inventory and increase sales profit.
All webinars will start at 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
The next session will be March 12, titled, “Streamline Your AP Process With Our Improved Parts Receiving to Payables Feature & AP Automation.” The seminar will educate attendees about automation services.
On May 14, “How to Run a Paperless Service Department with Service Mobile and Parts Request Online,” will dive into service management.
The webinar titled “Make the Most of Your Marketing Dollars with IDS Engage” on June 18 will focus on customer engagement and messaging.
